MSvix was created by Husam El-Hamed, an IT and telecommunications professional who lives with multiple sclerosis. His goal is to make practical information and daily self-management tools easier to access for the MS community.

Clarity, not medical claims.
MSvix offers education and personal records, not a diagnosis, personalized treatment or an emergency response service. New or suddenly worsening symptoms need professional assessment.
Read the medical disclaimer ↗A few things worth knowing.
Can MSvix diagnose MS or a relapse?+
No. The app supports education and symptom notes but cannot diagnose MS, confirm a relapse, or replace a neurologist or emergency care.
Is an EDSS score from the app official?+
No. A clinical EDSS is determined by a trained professional. The app may display your documented EDSS if you enter it or it is explicitly present in a report; self-reported indicators are separate.
Does MSvix prescribe supplements or an MS diet?+
No. There is no single proven diet or supplement schedule for everyone with MS. Food information is educational, and changes to medicines and supplements belong with your clinician.
How can I get help or request data deletion?+
Visit Support or Data & Account Deletion. If the app uses only on-device data, its removal and deletion process differs from a cloud account.
